　　The Chongyang County Federation of Trade Unions and Hubei Zhongjian Medical and Health Products Co., Ltd. jointly organized a skills competition for female employees. On April 16, the Chongyang County Federation of Trade Unions and the county’s Zhongjian Medical and Health Products Co., Ltd. jointly organized a professional skills and tug-of-war competition for female employees, with 210 female employees participating in the event.

　　The professional skills competition is time-limited and features fixed tasks, with scoring based on both the quantity and quality of the work produced. Participants are required to complete tasks such as machine-folding X-rays, sewing surgical drapes, making gauze balls, folding surgical drapes, hand-folding gauze pads, tying knots in woven fabrics, and threading edge yarn—all within the allotted time.
