The tenth day of the first lunar month brings a lucky start.

On February 19, 2024—the tenth day of the first lunar month—amid a joyful and harmonious atmosphere, members of various logistics teams went to the production lines in different workshops to distribute New Year red envelopes, each worth 100 yuan, to every employee.
To express our gratitude for the employees’ hard work in 2023, this year the company has appropriately extended the Spring Festival holiday, ensuring that our employees can enjoy a happy and peaceful Lunar New Year. Fellow employees—brothers and sisters—this brief period of rest is precisely designed to set us up for an even stronger start. As soon as we resume work, it’s straight into battle! In 2024, the company has adopted the slogan “Adhere to 50 Key Areas, Strive for 25 Million,” meaning that while maintaining stable production levels, we’ll focus on addressing the 50 identified potential hazards to guarantee the quality of every single product and package. Our overarching goal is to achieve monthly sales of 25 million yuan, culminating in annual sales of 300 million yuan and profits of 12 million yuan by year-end. To realize this vision and ensure the continued growth of Zhongjian Company, everyone—from top management to frontline staff—must unite as one, work together with shared responsibility, and make every effort to succeed. On this occasion, I wish each of you a happy and prosperous new year! May you enjoy good health, have your families reunited in joy, find success in your work, and have everything go smoothly! Wishing the company a fantastic start to the year, booming business, and ever-rising career success!!!

Reach out in times of difficulty—the Women’s Federation’s care warms the heart.

In response to the call issued at the 16th Women’s Congress of Chongyang County—urging women’s federations at all levels to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, further elevate their political awareness, and earnestly carry out the requirements of “strengthening three characteristics” and “eliminating four formalisms,” while advancing the development of women’s work with a spirit of reform and innovation—and in order to widely connect with and serve the masses, genuinely help women overcome difficulties and solve problems, and innovate service approaches to win the hearts of the people, striving to build a “caring and supportive home” for women—the Chairwoman of the County Women’s Federation, Xia Chufeng, and Vice Chairwoman Li Lin, accompanied by abundant care and concern, visited Zhongjian Company on December 29, 2023, and extended warm greetings and heartfelt condolences to Ding Yanxia, a female worker in the hand-folding workshop, and Xia Huoyu, a female worker in the machine-folding workshop.
Ding Yanxia, an employee in our company’s brochure-folding workshop, lives near the Han Opera Troupe in Chongyang County. In 2006, when her son was just six months old, her husband tragically passed away in a traffic accident, leaving her and her son to fend for themselves. The entire family’s livelihood depended solely on Ding Yanxia’s income, making their life extremely difficult. As her child gradually grew up, her son just started university this year, and the annual tuition fees represent a significant financial burden. Despite these immense challenges, she never once complained. Her home is six kilometers from the company, and since she neither owns a car nor knows how to ride one, she has been walking to work every single day for over a decade—walking for an hour and a half each way, rain or shine, ever since joining the company in 2010. She is always diligent and hardworking at her job, never uttering a single complaint. She is kind and approachable, enjoying harmonious relationships with her colleagues. She feels deeply grateful toward Zhongjian Company. To earn more money and repay the company’s kindness, she consistently volunteers to work overtime. Her output is always the highest in the workshop, and her work quality remains remarkably stable. Because of her outstanding performance, her story has earned high praise and recognition from both the company’s leadership and her coworkers; she has been repeatedly honored by the company as a model worker and an advanced individual.

Xia Huyu, an employee in the blister-packaging area of the machine-folding workshop, lives in Group 2, Hamashi Village, Tianteng Town. Her family includes a 76-year-old grandmother who has been paralyzed for many years and requires constant care. To make matters worse, her husband—who has been taking medication for a long time—unfortunately developed nasal cancer in 2018. Each round of chemotherapy brings enormous expenses. The family also has two children: one recently graduated from college but hasn't yet found a job, and the other is still in the second year of high school. For years, the family has been barely getting by on her meager salary alone. Despite her tireless efforts at work, the heavy monthly financial burden leaves the family with insufficient income to cover its expenses, making it truly difficult to sustain their daily life.
After learning about their situation, Ms. Xia, Chairwoman of the County Women’s Federation, expressed great concern and visited Zhongjian the very next day. She located two employees on the production line, presented them with condolence money, and conveyed warm greetings on behalf of the County Party Committee and the County Government. She encouraged the two female workers to face life’s challenges with resilience, to cultivate gratitude, and to work even harder, using their high-quality contributions to repay the company and give back to society.

Firmly implement the daily reporting and daily remediation measures for identifying and addressing 50 potential hazards.

A tribute to the ordinary yet extraordinary frontline employees.

Every day, at the bustling production site, your eyes are focused and riveted on every piece of gauze and every inch of thread in your hands. You are the soul of the workshop—the most beautiful sight along the production line.
As the first rays of dawn begin to shine, you’re already in the workshop, your figures visible in every corner. The gauze in your hands dances gracefully under your nimble fingers—these are not only your tools but also your solemn responsibility. Accompanied by the steady hum of machinery, you weave a hymn to labor with your sweat and relentless effort.
After lunch, you often forgo your rest and continue to fight tirelessly on the front lines—because I know that deep in your hearts, you always keep the production line at heart, along with your unwavering dedication and passion for your work. Who are they? They are the heroic women of our finished-product building. As night falls and the city lights begin to glow, while others have already clocked out and headed home, you remain steadfastly at your posts. Under the dim yellow light, your figures seem even more towering and majestic. You are the guardians of the night, the watchmen of light. And who else are they? They are our security personnel and on-duty cadres.
You are all ordinary workers, yet you are also the greatest of all. With your own hands, you create miracles in this world, and with your sweat, you write the glory of labor.
Here, we pay tribute to you! May your efforts and dedication be seen by the world and remembered by people. May your contributions receive the recognition they deserve, and may the fruits of your labor bring light to the lives of many more.
